BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the execution of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs consistently support therapy staff, assess client progress, and modify strategies to improve overall outcomes.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead after-hours and weekend social groups for specific peer groups, creating organized and nurturing environments where kids can enhance their interpersonal skills and build connections. Sessions are designed to be engaging so the BCBA can monitor engagements and provide helpful guidance to support social growth and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs foster strong bonds with families through regular ABA training meetings. Regular coaching equips parents with effective strategies to support their child’s progress.
