BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, ensuring the execution of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly support therapy staff, assess client advancement, and make necessary adjustments to enhance overall effectiveness.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead after-school and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, creating organized and supportive environments where children can improve their social skills and forge connections. Sessions are structured to be interactive so the BCBA can monitor engagements and provide helpful feedback to promote social development and relationship building.Parent Training
