BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and direct hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs consistently support therapy staff, assess client development, and adjust as needed to improve overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-school and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, developing organized and supportive environments where children can enhance their social skills and establish bonds. Activities are planned to be interactive so the BCBA can assess interactions and provide constructive feedback to enhance social growth and relationship building.Parent Training

BCBAs build deep relationships with families through recurring ABA training meetings. Ongoing coaching provides parents with practical strategies to assist their child’s growth.
