BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and coordinate hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the execution of high-quality therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly guide therapy staff, track client progress, and adjust as needed to boost overall effectiveness.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-hours and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, creating organized and supportive environments where kids can improve their interpersonal skills and establish bonds. Activities are planned to be interactive so the BCBA can monitor social exchanges and provide constructive feedback to promote social growth and social interactions.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs develop strong relationships with caregivers through weekly ABA training sessions. Ongoing coaching prepares parents with effective strategies to assist their child’s progress.
