BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly support therapy staff, assess client development, and make necessary adjustments to improve overall effectiveness.Social Groups

Team members manage after-hours and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, creating structured and encouraging environments where children can enhance their social abilities and forge connections.
