BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. Team members manage afterschool and weekend social groups for specific peer groups, establishing structured and encouraging environments where youth can improve their interpersonal skills and build bonds.
