At Thrive Therapy, our BCBAs develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and family dynamics, guided by comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and coordinate hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs consistently support therapy staff, track client development, and modify strategies to improve overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members facilitate after-school and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, developing organized and nurturing environments where children can develop their social skills and build bonds. Activities are designed to be interactive so the BCBA can monitor interactions and provide helpful guidance to promote social development and relationship building.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs foster strong relationships with parents through recurring ABA educational sessions. Regular coaching prepares parents with useful strategies to aid their child’s progress.
