BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, guaranteeing the execution of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly mentor therapy staff, track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to enhance overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead after-hours and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, developing structured and nurturing environments where children can develop their interpersonal skills and establish connections. Sessions are planned to be interactive so the BCBA can assess engagements and provide constructive feedback to support social growth and relationship building.Parent Training
