BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and supervise hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the execution of top-notch therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. Team members manage after-hours and weekend social programs for specific peer groups, establishing organized and encouraging environments where youth can enhance their interpersonal skills and build connections.
