At Thrive Therapy, our BCBAs create and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and family dynamics, informed by comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously support therapy staff, monitor client development, and modify strategies to enhance overall outcomes.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-school and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, developing structured and nurturing environments where youth can improve their social abilities and establish bonds. Activities are planned to be engaging so the BCBA can observe engagements and provide constructive feedback to promote social growth and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs develop strong bonds with parents through recurring ABA training meetings. Consistent coaching provides parents with practical strategies to assist their child’s development.
