BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the execution of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously guide therapy staff, monitor client advancement, and make necessary adjustments to boost overall effectiveness.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage afterschool and weekend social programs for specific peer groups, developing organized and nurturing environments where children can improve their social abilities and forge connections. Sessions are structured to be interactive so the BCBA can assess engagements and provide constructive feedback to support social development and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs build meaningful relationships with caregivers through recurring ABA training meetings. Regular coaching prepares parents with useful strategies to assist their child’s growth.
