Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervision
BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the execution of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously support therapy staff, track client development, and adjust as needed to boost overall outcomes.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead afterschool and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, establishing structured and encouraging environments where kids can develop their social skills and forge connections. Activities are structured to be engaging so the BCBA can assess interactions and provide helpful feedback to support social development and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs develop meaningful relationships with families through regular ABA training sessions. Regular coaching equips parents with useful strategies to support their child’s progress.
