BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the execution of high-quality therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. Social Groups
Team members lead after-school and weekend social groups for specific peer groups, establishing structured and encouraging environments where youth can develop their social abilities and forge connections. Sessions are designed to be engaging so the BCBA can assess social exchanges and provide helpful feedback to support social development and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs develop deep relationships with parents through regular ABA training sessions. Regular coaching prepares parents with useful strategies to assist their child’s development.
