Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervision
BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and direct direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously support therapy staff, monitor client advancement, and make necessary adjustments to enhance overall outcomes.Social Groups

Social Groups
Team members lead after-hours and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, developing structured and nurturing environments where kids can enhance their interpersonal skills and forge bonds. Activities are structured to be interactive so the BCBA can monitor social exchanges and provide helpful guidance to enhance social development and relationship building.Parent Training

Parent Training
BCBAs build strong relationships with families through weekly ABA educational sessions. Regular coaching provides parents with practical strategies to aid their child’s development.
