BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the execution of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously mentor therapy staff, assess client advancement, and modify strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead after-hours and weekend social groups for specific peer groups, establishing structured and nurturing environments where children can enhance their interpersonal skills and build bonds. Sessions are structured to be interactive so the BCBA can monitor interactions and provide helpful guidance to support social development and social interactions.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs develop meaningful bonds with parents through recurring ABA training meetings. Ongoing coaching equips parents with practical strategies to aid their child’s growth.
