BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously mentor therapy staff, track client progress, and make necessary adjustments to improve overall effectiveness.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead after-hours and weekend social groups for specific peer groups, creating organized and nurturing environments where children can improve their interpersonal skills and forge bonds. Activities are designed to be engaging so the BCBA can assess engagements and provide helpful guidance to enhance social growth and relationship building.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs build meaningful relationships with families through recurring ABA training sessions. Ongoing coaching equips parents with effective strategies to assist their child’s growth.
