BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. Team members lead afterschool and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, creating structured and supportive environments where youth can enhance their social abilities and forge bonds.
