BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, ensuring the execution of high-quality therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly support therapy staff, track client development, and modify strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-hours and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, creating organized and encouraging environments where children can develop their interpersonal skills and establish bonds.
