BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and supervise hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, guaranteeing the execution of high-quality therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously mentor therapy staff, track client development, and modify strategies to enhance overall outcomes.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-hours and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, establishing structured and encouraging environments where kids can enhance their social skills and build connections. Sessions are planned to be engaging so the BCBA can assess social exchanges and provide constructive feedback to support social growth and interpersonal relationships.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs build deep relationships with parents through weekly ABA educational sessions. Ongoing coaching equips parents with practical strategies to aid their child’s progress.
