BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and direct direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously support therapy staff, track client advancement, and make necessary adjustments to boost overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage afterschool and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, developing structured and nurturing environments where youth can improve their social skills and forge bonds. Sessions are planned to be interactive so the BCBA can observe social exchanges and provide constructive guidance to promote social growth and relationship building.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs develop deep relationships with families through regular ABA training meetings. Ongoing coaching prepares parents with practical strategies to assist their child’s progress.
