BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and coordinate hands-on Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. Team members facilitate after-hours and weekend social programs for specific peer groups, establishing structured and nurturing environments where children can develop their interpersonal skills and forge bonds.
