BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional therapy and thorough adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs consistently support therapy staff, track client development, and adjust as needed to improve overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members lead after-hours and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, creating structured and supportive environments where kids can develop their social abilities and forge connections. Activities are structured to be engaging so the BCBA can monitor social exchanges and provide constructive guidance to promote social growth and interpersonal relationships.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs foster meaningful relationships with caregivers through recurring ABA educational sessions. Regular coaching equips parents with useful strategies to aid their child’s progress.
