At Thrive Therapy, our BCBAs create and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and family dynamics, guided by comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and coordinate direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, guaranteeing the execution of exceptional therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly mentor therapy staff, track client development, and adjust as needed to improve overall outcomes.Social Groups

Team members facilitate afterschool and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, establishing structured and encouraging environments where children can enhance their interpersonal skills and forge bonds.
