BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and direct direct Applied Behavior Analysis treatment, guaranteeing the delivery of top-notch therapy and complete adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs regularly guide therapy staff, assess client advancement, and adjust as needed to boost overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members facilitate afterschool and weekend social groups for specific peer groups, establishing organized and encouraging environments where kids can enhance their social skills and establish connections. Sessions are structured to be interactive so the BCBA can assess social exchanges and provide helpful feedback to enhance social growth and relationship building.Parent Training

BCBAs build deep bonds with parents through weekly ABA training meetings. Ongoing coaching provides parents with effective strategies to aid their child’s development.
