BCBAs at Thrive Therapy oversee and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, guaranteeing the execution of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. Social Groups
Team members manage afterschool and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, developing structured and nurturing environments where kids can develop their social abilities and build connections. Activities are planned to be interactive so the BCBA can assess social exchanges and provide constructive guidance to enhance social growth and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs build deep bonds with caregivers through regular ABA training meetings. Regular coaching provides parents with practical strategies to assist their child’s progress.
