At Thrive Therapy, our BCBAs create and oversee personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs and family dynamics, guided by comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Through focused 1:1 direct therapy sessions, our BCBAs create approaches designed to help youth reach their greatest potential and flourish.Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervision
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervision
BCBAs at Thrive Therapy supervise and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy and strict adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs consistently support therapy staff, monitor client advancement, and adjust as needed to boost overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-school and weekend social programs for designated peer groups, creating structured and encouraging environments where children can enhance their interpersonal skills and establish bonds. Sessions are designed to be engaging so the BCBA can observe engagements and provide constructive feedback to enhance social development and social interactions.Parent Training
Parent Training
BCBAs develop meaningful relationships with parents through weekly ABA training meetings. Consistent coaching provides parents with effective strategies to support their child’s growth.
