BCBAs at Thrive Therapy manage and supervise direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, ensuring the execution of top-notch therapy and thorough adherence to treatment plans. BCBAs continuously mentor therapy staff, monitor client advancement, and make necessary adjustments to enhance overall results.Social Groups
Social Groups
Team members manage after-hours and weekend social groups for designated peer groups, developing organized and supportive environments where kids can develop their interpersonal skills and establish connections. Sessions are structured to be engaging so the BCBA can monitor social exchanges and provide helpful feedback to promote social development and social interactions.Parent Training

BCBAs build deep relationships with caregivers through weekly ABA training sessions. Consistent coaching prepares parents with effective strategies to aid their child’s growth.
